As a Senior Operations Engineer in our San Francisco engineering headquarters, you will be part of the core teams that plan and execute on our aggressive growth plans. You'll be helping to grow our services to new customers, and you'll also be part of a global DevOps focused Operations team that manages the global infrastructure. You will strive to automate everything possible, and you'll frequently ask yourself "what can I improve next?". You'll contribute improvements within the Zendesk product, as well as within our core infrastructure.
