You have at least 3 years of experience as a professional software developer and you've owned at least a handful of features from technical design through delivery. You pursue growth by taking on challenging projects and independent learning as well as by working with others. You want to measure your success by your impact - improving web performance, speed, accessibility, and usability for users in a way that grows the business. You're comfortable jumping from one project to the next and you're motivated to fill in wherever the need is biggest. You have an attention for detail and care about creating software that's both usable and visually stunning.

3+ years of experience with the following:
HTML / CSS
Github, issues and pull requests
Build tools (Gulp, Webpack preferred)
Working with PM’s and Designers
Familiarity or interest in Clojurescript
Open source contributions
Test automation experience
