We are looking for an outstanding IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have five to seven years of progressively increasing responsibilities in an IT Support role, with an emphasis on providing responsive, high quality support for both onsite and remote employees.
Responsibilities:Provide end user support to local and remote employeesTroubleshoot mostly Mac and some PC device issuesCreate and manage employee accountsProvide IT Orientation to local and remote employeesManage G-Suite, OneLogin, and various other SaaS ServicesManage Video Conferencing Equipment (Zoom Rooms) and troubleshoot issuesSuggest new ways to improve processes and procedures to provide the highest level of IT SupportSelf Starter with a strong desire to learn
What We're Looking For:4+ years providing hands on and remote IT Support, including wireless network troubleshooting and printer supportImaging systems using DeployStudio or similarLayer 2 and Layer 3 network troubleshooting experienceA minimum of 2+ years supporting, working with, and managing the following SaaS Applications: G-Suite, BetterCloud, OneLogin (or similar), Zoom, Office 365, and SlackPrevious experience with one or more of the following desired: Juniper SRX Management, PulseSecure VPN, AWS User Management, Ruckus Zonedirector, Linux Bind9 and ISC-DHCP-Server management.
